I want a refund, doesn't even open past the loading page, says there is an error extracting images. I've reinstalled 4 times.

app is not working for me. it can't get passed the first screen. there is an error message ...cannot load. please can you advise me? Or could I get a refund...thank you Edited

Nearly didn't get this because of the reviews but I love it. Does exactly what I want, let's me visualise what is underneath the skin.

I installed it and then uninstalled it the image is not clear and not what I was expecting, not possible to learn, money back please.
