When I first downloaded this app, it was great, especially for the small town I'm in. Now the free version only allows one zip code. And there are literally no alerts about my busy zip code(especially accidents and traffic stops that have happened less than a mile from my house!) So sadly, I'm uninstalling bc app is useless and only taking up storage space on my phone.

Hi Lisa, don't give up so quick because you deserve the best service we can provide you! Something does not sound right and you should definitely contact support at 888-885-8548 before you remove the app. If you were getting alerts for your local ZIP Code during the trial, you should continue to get them after the trial.

Not sure what to rate this app since I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be looking at. All I can see when I open the app is a chat form, a call button, and the relaid logo button (which when you click on it, it's just a blank screen that just says 'relaid'). If that's all the app has to offer, then that's extremely disappointing. Not sure how its any different than just receiving the text alerts. If that's not the case, then the app needs to be updated.

5+ year happy customers! Notifications are timely & usually accurate. Easy to change/add/remove zip codes. Simple to use app, quick troubleshooting & support, Dave has you guys covered, just ask. Remember that the app has 2 purposes: to notify you of & for you to REPORT roadway incidents. Nobody can be notified about Checkpoints, speed-traps, accidents, traffic jams or detours if they don't get reported! If you see something, say something! (When it's safe to do so, don't text and drive!)

Disappointing! No more text message now and most reports are false or inaccurate at best. I can't believe how badly this service has gone down hill. It was reliable about 5 years ago but as time has passed it has become more and more unreliable. At first a few false checkpoints and now almost every checkpoint is false. I have literally went out of my way to verify this numerous times. If you report it as untrue no notification goes out to cancel the alert. It just feeds you false information.

Hello Robbie. It sounds like you are not checking the verification counter at the top of the map. When an alert is verified, the green button will have more votes than the red button. Please reach out to us for help at 888-885-8548.

Works Great. I had this service set up to send text notifications of traffic stops and road blocks in my area before they released the app. Now the app has taken a valuable service to the next level. It reliably alerts you to when and where police actions are happening in real time. So, you can avoid the hassle of road blocks and keep from being harrassed by those dirty pigs and their sneaky traps. Edited
