Basic functionality is ok. Performance of the app is almost non acceptable! Changing parking duration causes the app to freeze! Loading a parking meter location is slow even on wifi. The map should have enable/disable option for autoload since the map gets too heavy with markers when zooming out. Also please add filters by car or motorcycle parking! You can't charge extra 40 cents per parking and have a buggy app!

Thought it was great until I couldn't select duration, didn't get a notification that meter was ending and it freezes more times than it works. Smh. Back to the old way! as of April 2, 2019 the app still freezes and times out in certain areas especially the 34th & Spruce Area of Philly. I wish they'd fix this as the app would be useful!! Edited

During the pandemic shutdown, parking in Philadelphia was free. Today the ticketing process resumed and the app wasn't working. I usually like the app, but the alert system for texts doesn't text you when your time is almost up. I've gone through the settings over and over to no avail. Please upgrade/update the notifications to your texting. Edited

Terrible app, minutes and hour numbers are so jumbled that you cannot key them in. I have to keep scrolling thru the minutes to get more time. Meanwhile the vultures are circling around your car waiting for you to stop fiddling with the app if they're in a good mood. I'm looking into other parking apps, plus it doesn't notify you when your minutes are running out even if you hit reminder. MeterUp is effed up

Well, it lets me pay for parking and add time. That much works which is nice. But notifications don't work at all. Only emails, and those don't seem to come in a timely fashion nor do most people see every email that comes in. I've gotten to the point where I set my own reminders on my phone so I don't forget. Could be way better, but at least I don't need to carry quarters or run 3 blocks in the rain to increase my time.
