Endless loop trying to log in. I get the link, click it, and I'm just sent to the app home screen as if nothing happened. Tried contacting support and they said they didn't deal with that and sent me the Member Services number. MS says they don't handle the app, only the payment side of things (rep tried to help, but was unsuccessful). Only reason I haven't gotten a ticket yet is due to my handicap placard. If I get a ticket, I'm taking it to traffic court. This has been going on for months!

i started a parking session and set an alarm so i know when to extend my session. when i went back into the app, it said that it 'failed to refresh' and I could not see my session even though the app indicated there was an active session. Figured I'd move to another zone and try a new session. When I got to my car, there was a ticket. Thanks MeterUp. I wish there was a way to send the ticket to you for your lousy app. Bad enough you have to pay DOUBLE to extend, app failures get you tickets too. Edited

This is a terrible app, and is designed to increase the chance that you will get a parking ticket. I'm using it in Phila. When I key in the no. of a parking kiosk, an orange warning message appears, which takes up needed space and prevents the duration numbers from showing up at the bottom of the screen. You must select the shortest duration, and then click on "change duration" to get a longer time. Then, it is not clear if the timer has started. The last time, it didn't work and I was ticketed.

No in-app notifications on meter expiration (like the old MeterUp app had before it went defunct). There are email notifications, but whatever email service they're using causes the emails to be delayed by several minutes. Kind of defeats the purpose if I have a $36 ticket before the computer figures out what time it is. Or given it's the PPA, maybe that is the purpose. Edited

Like, it's useful, and easy to use, but there are just some things that could make it better. Most notably is having a button that automatically selects the max time allowed instead of having to scroll through the dial and do it manually. It's a decent app, just little things are stopping it from being great.
