this is a 5 star app. if your using Google Maps to check property lines it is not even close. this app is right on and even gives you the feet between points. lists property owners that is up to date with in a few months. they offer a free trial that doesn't require you to cancel at the end of the 7 days you do not decide to continue it does not charge you. you have to request the service to continue. one of the best apps I have seen . it is perfect for locating property boundaries. 10 star app

started lagging like crazy. Information is not up to date even tho they say they frequently updated it based on the property government website records. When you click on the 'county' link, it tries to take you to a page but never loads. Also, this app only works in certain states. For some states, you won't get any information. I wish it would also give the owners phone numbers. In general, it's a great app that is easy to use and very user-friendly, but it doesn't justify the membership fee.

I bought a new cell phone in Nov. The previous phone was bought in 2012 or 13. It had the landglide app, old version, it worked perfectly. The new phone has missing info for my area. Everything below land cover, crop cover is missing. Such as value, # buildings, date build, etc. For 2 months I worked with their support team to get this fixed. They kept just forwarding me to another person. Finally it was determined it could not be and is probably not going to be fixed. Very frustrating.

Only reviewing because this app is both accurate and respectable. So I had downloaded this app just to see proper lines on the property I just bought. I knew the 7-Day trial was free. Well I had forgotten to cancel the subscription and it didn't even charge. When I loaded it up after the 7-day trial it went straight to, Would you like to continue with monthly or yearly. I will definitely be using the subscription when I go to need it and pay for it then. I truly appreciate this kind of company

For a premium paid subscribed app, the user options and property data are quite minimalistic. The limited details make the app feel like a basic free version that holds back the useful property information for paid users. Users must immediately start a 7 day free trial or purchase a subscription to even open the app and look around. However, the UI is responsive and easy to navigate. The property lines on the map are clean and bold with the owner names center typed perfectly within each plot.
