The feature this app needs is a tracker and reminder for changing filters, masks and hoses. I never remember when I changed mine last. Other than that, the app tracks the sleep stats from your CPAP with nice insights and graphs and almost game-like points to keep you using your CPAP. I see notification settings for cleaning reminders, but they seem to be random, (no "last cleaned" tracker). Also, I wouldn't be upset if it had a dark mode. In fact, I'd be thrilled if there were a dark mode! Edited

It was working fine until the last update. This is the second time that it does not show where I used my machine. I am always 100% compliant, but it didn't register last night's data. I tried clearing cache, uninstalled and re-installed, unplugged and plugged back up. Are the servers down? 3/13/25 3/14/25 - I am still missing a whole day of data. (3/13/25) Edited

Thanks for reaching out about your data. It can often take up to 24 hours after service is restored for the data to process and display in myAir. If no data from your last session is shown in myAir in the next 24 hours, or missing data for other sessions, please contact us directly at
[email protected] for further assistance.

Installed app 01/21/2025. when I finish entering personal data and agreeing to terms of use, the app tells me it has experienced an error and is shutting down. No cache or data clears or reloads make a difference. App isn't smart enough to tell me why it has an error. UPDATE: I found that the app doesn't like my Yahoo email address. Gmail fixed that issue, but now I can't get it to take the serial or model number. I stand by my original review. Not ready for prime time app. Edited

As a first step, long-press the myAir app icon. Then, select "app info", then "Storage", and finally tap the “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data” buttons. Once that's done, reboot your phone and then try opening the app once more.

It's okay for what it tries to do. If you have real difficulties, it's too generic to help. I'm really surprised that it doesn't allow rotation when viewing the information. Especially on the history that's a big problem. Rotation should be part of virtually any app. Even if there's no obvious need, when dialog boxes go wonky, and they do, being able to rotate is often a way to make visible what you need to or get out of difficulties

Information is meaningless. You can get a low number and it'll still tell you you got a great score for whatever reason. Also mask on time does not equate being able to actually sleep. I've gotten 100% while getting no rem sleep. Great the app detects the mask on your face. You know what else does that? Physically feeling it on your face. Useless app. also useless dev comment doesn't address the actual sleep quality of 100% mask on time just missing the point. Edited

Your device has an algorithm to detect airflow leak. Once the leak reaches a certain threshold, it's assumed that your mask is not ON. These events get reported in your myAir Score, with a higher "score" indicating fewer mask on/off events.
