Every update I lose 30-40% of my main music playlist. Do you know how detrimental that is when you have 1500+ songs that you've accumulated over years just disappear? Gone. I remember the big update they did maybe a year or 2 ago and eeeeeeveryone lost half their music and napster had no answer for why and no remedy on how to fix it. Just generic responses like "contact customer support." I should have canceled and went to spotify then. Now a new update and half my music is gone again! I'm done.

Update: rebooting did the trick. Thanks for the quick reply! I think the last system update was the issue. Been a long time customer and have enjoyed the app. Updates are fine as long as features are added and nothing is taken away. That being said, I can no longer find the equalizer. The place it used to be now has an icon for casting and the option in Audio Settings is no longer there. Now using my old phone where Version 8.1.7.1053 has it. Why was it removed and can you bring it back please? Edited

I've tried them all. Spotify, Amazon, YouTube, Pandora etc, and it seems I'm priced out of the service because they all keep raising their prices and I refuse to pay $14 a month for music. heck, I can get a movie streaming service cheaper than that. Good bye streaming. I'm going back to old school. I have mp3s on my computer at home I've started transferring to my phone. Started doing the same with movies. I'm doing away with ANY AND ALL subscription services.

I've taken the time to compile a lot of songs and created several Playlists. All of a sudden, all my music playlists just disappeared. This is very frustrating, especially when I'm paying for this service. I noticed other people have the same problem. Please fix this bug. I'm glad to take to my money somewhere else. I've used this app for over 10 years now before it got changed to Naptster again.

The LG TV APP has so many problems. It cuts through a bulk of the tracks, abruptly. Leaving the tracks silent half to a third of the way, through. Also, when you want to pair your account to the TV app with your mobile device on the browser - the input function is not functional. None of the keys you enter for pairing are recognized nor registered. This is on both Chrome and DuckDuckGo browsers. 🙄 It only recognizes the QR Code. Can we get it together? I've been paying a subscription for years. Edited
