It will take a while to get use to it; BUT, I love this walkthrough. Customers do not have to download anything, works on every platform, and the picture quality is leagues over the glitchy Zillow apps. Only 1 thing... it needs the ability to add multiple floors so the tour isn't just a giant continuum.

Not a permission issue. Wifi issues Killing the platform, You would think a tech company of this size that relys on the camera connecting to the phone or tablet via wifi would have the best terminology available. Unfortunately, for some reason they have failed. I can connect to zillor and matterport in seconds and the theta apps connecting to the it own camera is a massive failure. Why? Edited

We sincerely apologize. This is most likely a permission issue with your device. The app on certain Samsung devices will not ask to use permissions (i.e. camera) so you will have to go inside the app info, permissions, allow camera and restart your phone. Awful! I got this camera in December and everything worked great. I was very happy. Just used it yesterday to do a tour for another property and I could not get the app to work it kept hanging photos did not upload, what should have taken 15 minutes max took me almost an hour and I finally gave up. I saw the app has been updated in January. Absolutely awful. I'm going to try the Theta app and see if that works any better. As a real estate agent I can't have that kind of performance

Has been a solid experience throughout my usage, but I miss the offline functionality(local network) as some locations I shoot are far from an internet connection before use which has become an added hassle when I use it now. If there is a way to ensure an offline mode, I would give it 5 stars. Edit: Seems to have been resolved, edit to 5stars. Cheers Edited

Once again updated and still the absolute worst. Save yourself constant frustration with this app. Constantly crashes. Takes forever to take a picture. Nothing works right and they want a premium price for their program. As a real estate agent, this is not worth it. You will pull your hair out with this app! AVOID! Edited
