For the most part RING has been a good security/camera system. The new updates made the RING app so much better. So when this new update came out, myself & lots others here in the reviews we're thinking it was going to be great. RING might as well built a time machine to go back to 2019. They removed so many features & Geo fencing isn't recognizing me anymore. I also upgraded my yearly subscription so I'm paying twice more for 24/7 recording, but the app did not update to this new 24/7 feature.

How inexperienced are the developers of this app?? They remove the icon with the number of new alerts for cameras on the main screen then they add just a blue dot. Are they really that out of touch to think users don't want to see HOW MANY alerts there were and not just a blue dot to indicate there was motion??? Bring back the most important feature that has the number so u can see if it's something important happening that has a lot of motion with the snapshot!!!

App sucks, needs to be updated cannot just type in date of event to find past videos, have to scroll through EVERYTHING, also states it goes back 180 days, can't get my event history to scroll back to less then a month ago on 6/17/22. *Update, I've had this expensive piece of trash for 2 years how and I am looking to get a different security camera, as this barley picks up footage from events that have happened within 5 feet of the camera. Don't waste your $. Changed settings and it don't help Edited

The app never works, neither does the camera. Every time you get a notification and click on it, there's an error loading it in the app. In addition, it might just be my area bc it's Jersey but people on this app are insufferable and frankly, not too bright. The posts might as well be on Facebook, they're that vapid.

App's full menu, cart and another icon appear UNDER phone's status bar. Inaccessible. Also, can't find access to snapshots deeming them useless. And, with sensitivity all the way up, any variation of motion zones, and smart alerts on or off, deliveries and other people walking onto property are NEVER captured. Never. That's the only reason to have the Ring. Basically, it's just a doorbell.
