Can't sign in, says email already registered. But I have to use a phone number to sign in Edit: they indentified and corrected the problem, and proactively reached out to let me know. Turns out that the service isn't available where I live yet anyway though (it would be great to have that info in the app). I look forward to try this out when it is available. Edited

This app is truly amazing and a blessing especially for times you truly need assistance due to your car breaking down or whatever the reason that you need help in getting items , help with a project or even a ride somewhere. The company is honestly kind and caring to large, medium and small communities, like they really give you the support you need! I will definitely continue to use this awesome and innovative app and I will highly reccomend it over similar (but not well thought out) apps!!! A+

Tried few times now over past year and signup was easy and to get verified. But I have yet to get anyone to accept my request. And it will tell me there is over 40 Gophers in area. And I have tripled what the app said I should offer for pay. Just for a simple pickup one item 11 miles away deliver to me and I offered $30 and still nothing. I'm ready to sign up as a gopher and pay myself that much to go 11 miles so 20-30 min. That's like $60/hr. Kind of bummed, was excited for an app like this

Hi Brian, we totally understand and trust us we're working on getting drivers your way. Being new to most all areas outside of NC, we have a lot of ground to cover but working quickly to make that happen. Like anything, word of mouth goes a LONG ways. Please be patient with as we make our way to the Twin Cities!

I see several bad reviews going back over the years basically the same issue I'm having. It lets me sign in and verify my phone number, as soon as I take a profile picture it kicks me back to the same screen to create a profile again. Can't stand where I give my information / permissions to an app that's not even usable

It lets me enter my phone number, sends the code, I enter that, and the screen stays white after I enter the code ..... nothing else happens. I repeated this six times. Un- installing the app. Really could have used it!!!
