Why does an app that is intended to run in the background have a pop-up asking for a review.

Hello Skip Robert, We haven't heard of this occurring before. It is true that you can use this app in the background to receive wireless data from your Wind Instrument, while viewing a wind gauge or chartplotter app. We appreciate your feedback.
