2 days after installing this app my phone was constantly hot. I uninstalled it immediately and when the phone went back to normal temperatures. Also it was slowing charging times since it runs constantly in the background. I want to be able to use this program but unfortunately can't until this is corrected.

This app is horrific! I've used it 2-4x/week for over a year trying to easily transfer videos from my phone to my PC. Running on 2 GB internet speed it takes forever to transfer files, & too often they fail to transfer. I set my phone by my PC w/the app open on both, walk away, & come back to find files failed to transfer. App updates only make it worse! So much time wasted! I once used the paid version & canceled it & now I'm done w/the free version too. Developers can keep it! Edited

EDIT I tried again. Just signing up is a confusing struggle. Isn't there a user manual one could TRY to read? It doesn't seem user-friendly. Phone and Mac both...cumbersome. Mighty text is superb, but limited to 25 texts per month. I do between 20 and 30. Going back to MT. Everyone seems to love this app. I don't see any devices. The tour stops on page one. What is the secret to this app?

I honestly don't know how to get this app to work anymore. It's asking for permissions, but I've already enabled all the permissions I can. Maybe there's some other app that works. OLD REVIEW: I used to use this app all the time, but it's become so convoluted with pointless complexities, blocked activities, difficult or impossible connection procedures which make it unusable. I can no longer connect to my computer with the intuitive ease with which I used to. I want my old AirDroid back.

It's very helpful. However, it shouldn't make you have to upgrade to the Premium Paid Version after only sending a few files or items! You should make it compatible with Free-Users, for however long it takes! Just not any Large Files, without the software upgrade! Re: I will definitely give a 5 star rating if you guys improve or at least least Lengthen the Free Trial Period! Edited

Hi Nathan. We believe that quality software and services are worth paying for. The premium keeps us improving AirDroid service and developing more useful products. If you don't want to purchase AirDroid premium you can still completely free to use all of the features of AirDroid under LAN mode.
