Unable to download epaper for offline reading on Galaxy S22 Ultra phone and Galaxy Tab S8. Error message. "... file is damaged or corrupted." Indicates the only 1.6kb were downloaded. I can download on my laptop, but very inconvenient to bring with me. Did call Cape Cod Times support but no help at all. The support page for the digital provider has a space for phone number and website to contact for support, but does not include such. Any suggestions. Edited

Bogus Lead to Read Stories from a Purchased, OVER-PRICED Copy of The Sunday Cape Cod Times via QR Code on its Front Page and find it takes you to a Promise Not Kept. I don't appreciate misleading consumers to: 1. Downloading an app 2. Being prompted several times to subscribe 3. Providing no way to navigate to the stories I'm expecting to read and 4. Being re-directed to "a parent newspaper?" USA Today? Nope, I don't appreciate being treated this way. I will spread this and hope both tank.

This app used to be great. Loved being able to see the content as if it were the newspaper. But since some "upgrade" happened, I can't do that anymore, so I will cancel my subscription.

Will not let you cancel a subscription and keeps removing money from your account. Cape Cod times claims I don't have an account with them when I've contacted them 3 different times to cancel.

I just realized that Cape Cod Times is billing me for BOTH an annual subscription ($42.49), as well as a monthly subscription ($6.36/mo). I am being ripped off. BEWARE OF THE BILLING!!!
