I have many problems keeping up with what is going on in the news with my app on my phone. Since it's most recent revision it seems that the ads have gotten twice as bad and are very intrusive when trying to read a story. I am sick of having to sign in every time I open the app and then there is the ridiculous so-called verifications!! What a joke!!!! This needs serious attention because I am seriously considering dropping my subscription soon.

More disappointing than the print issue. The News Sentinal used to be a great company to do business with. Not anymore! Not since they have sold out to Gannett and we now speak to a foreigner at customer service. I almost canceled instead of renewing because it took so long and had to repeat my address and credit card number so many times I thought I was being scammed. Especially when she refused to email me a confirmation that my bill was paid. Terrible way to run a business!!!!

This app has been much improved and is easier to navigate now. While I still miss the old newsprint version, this sure beats going out in the cold or rain to get the morning paper!

Comments to articles has very limited space and has no send button. Not sure any comments I have taken time to write ever left my phone. Pitoful for sure.

The app is terrible and barely functions. When trying to read an article, the page will scroll, then jump back up past where you started. I believe this is because of the ads that are constantly changing as you read the article.
