First of all, the app is clunky and the navigation is terrible. The main reason this is getting on the car though is because of the fact that even when you pay for the monthly subscription the app is bombarded with ads everywhere. I can understand with a free subscription having ads, but these are intrusive ads that ruin the experience, and having them with a paid subscription as well is ridiculous.

Print option for puzzles missing, get gateway error when trying to view other USA papers, practically impossible to view on phone because text size adjustment doesn't work. Previous e-edition app worked fine but this app is unacceptable as is. Lastly, emails to support aren't answered. Check BBB for company ratings

I enjoy your articles but it seems like the same ones appear over and over for a few days at a time. it becomes annoying after a while. any way to make the actual newspaper available on this app without digging into the abise to try and find it? would be nice to see some of the ads and other parts if the paper.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE THRU GOOGLE PLAY!!!! I was excited to subscribe via GP given other subscriptions I have and the great success and simplicity of their use. That is furthest from the case here with NDN and Google Play. I have not been able to figure out how to log on and obtain the subscription content. App tells me I am not a subscriber. NDN and Gannet refuse to help as the subscription was on Google Play. Google Play can not help and refuses to refund a cancellation because "it doesn't meet with [their] policy". Google's bot recommended I post this review for the benefit of the developer rather than provide assistance. The situation and factset are so bad that it seems almost fraudulent! Once again, Big Corporations "Winner", Little Guy "Loser".

would not work with my paid subscription. Called the support line who could not help. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. And it still didn't work.
