Volume should be a bit more stable; some videos and games are significantly louder or quieter than others. Often, we have to turn volume nearly all the way up for one thing, only to have the speakers nearly blown out by the next. Another issue is the awkward places most videos cut out, and how the endings are almost all jarringly abrupt. Games don't always load either, and when they do they sometimes have important UI buttons under the "heart" button. Bad design, there. Edited

my 2.5yr old toddler LOVES this app. its easy for her to navigate on her own for the most part. it has a great selection of really fun games for ages 2 & up. her favorite is "ernie dinosaurs". it has alot of videos & songs. this is the best free sesame street app i have ever downloaded. it can get a little buggy sometimes but all you have to do is restart it. i havent had consistent crashing issues. My severely autistic son can't live without this app. He somehow manages to navigate it , though it eludes me how this is even possible. Where there's a will there's a way I guess. We had an error on this app after the July 2021 update. For some reason this update hadn't propogated to our devices. I posted a bad review about the issue and the dev responded within 24 hours. The downtime caused a crisis in our house, but the dev responded quickly which is great. Many thanks. Edited

I love this app! So many fun, educational, simple games! My 3 year old does it in small doses, and he already recognizes more letters and numbers because of it. There are no advertisements that I have to worry about him clicking on. And the SS app is neutral, and not brainwashing or political in any way (like some apps are these days). My only complaint is that the app will freeze and crash. But I remedy this by clicking Force Stop, and Clearing the Cache right before I open the app.

The games are great, but every single video 4 seconds in crashes and won't play. Support told me this happens sometimes when traffic is too high, but it happens every time, every video, every time of day. About to just delete it as it's very disappointing
