14/07/2025: Update: this app is a disaster. everytime i need to use it, i have to uninstall and reinstall again. and still, it doesnt function properly. When Sharjah RTA will properly invest in developing a better app? 19/01/2024: It asks me to change my password,but I forgot my current password, it doesn't give me an option of forgot password, so I cannot log in or enter the app Edited

terrible app. always starts with an error. and GPS is miserable for taxi bookings. doesn't send either the pick up or destination to the driver. they call and ask for WhatsApp comms which is wrong and unsafe

The worst app I have ever seen in my entire life. always throwing error whenever we want to book taxi. please hire some good developers and testers to make it work. It's a humble request Edited

One of the worst experiences I've had in the UAE. I booked a taxi, entered the exact location, but the driver kept calling to ask me to share the location via WhatsApp. Plus, some building names are not even listed on the app. What's the point of entering a location if I then have to talk to the driver, send them the location, and deal with links not working? It's honestly easier to hail a taxi the old-fashioned way by standing on the street. I had an appointment, ended up being 30 minutes late.

Useless application. I don't know how such a big company can't afford to hire professionals to design a functioning app! I installed the app and when I opened it, a message popped up saying that there's an update available. When I click on UPDATE, it takes me back to Google Play where it shows OPEN only; no update option! So I'm stuck between these two options: Update and Open! 🤣🤣 It's a vicious circle that I can't get out of.
