This app worked initially, but quickly became unreliable. It failed to take payment from a valid, working card and then froze my account. It took an unacceptably long time to unfreeze, and even now the app throws an error every time I try to buy fuel. Customer service is slow, unresponsive, and offers no meaningful support — there’s no option to speak to anyone by phone. Completely unreliable. Avoid.

The card has now become almost useless. The credit on fuel used to be monthly, where an invoice would be sent and payment collected. This has now gone down to collecting payment every seven days. In my opinion this defeats the purpose of having a card, you barely have time to use the fuel before it's time to pay back. For many businesses that used to find this card very essential and valued, now it's basically more of a burden as the time to to pay back is so limited. Edited

app is telling me there is an update to the app but Google play has no update for the app. now I have received an email saying my invoice has not been payed and my account is frozen. a complete joke of an app as unusable.

Last two occasions I've tried to use the App and last two occasions it has not worked. It has got stuck in a loop of my already being logged in and THEN asking me for biometric login. It also held up your station staff who were unable to reset the pump. Am trying an uninstall / reinstall but this was the reason I left the Shell App previously... it was just so unreliable.

Previously left a review, I was told to enter a new number to do a password reset, this creates a new account, it does not give me access to my account. This has been going in for weeks, due to two factor authentication it sends a code to my deactivated number. According to shell they can't update my number. Ridiculous, haven't had this issue changing my number with anyone else. Now my card is frozen as the invoice is unpaid, can't log in to pay.Please sort it!
