Really like the app. I like the fact I can just open it up and arrange an appointment in under 5 minutes for my boys. I'll can pick and choose any hairstylist I'd prefer or I also have the option to have any one of the hairstylist available to cut my boys hair. It has a lot more features but this specific feature is my favorite.

Even when booking the appointment in the app, you still have to show the app again when you are there to get points added. they don't ask you for your app, so I never get the points. I do like seeing the pictures of the stylists because sometimes I don't remember all of the names.

My son cried and screamed during haircuts, so I decided to try Cookie Cutters. We were absolutely amazed with our experience. From the moment we walked through the door, my son was excited. The staff was great to us and the kid friendly environment engaged him throughout our visit. I highly recommend them for hair services!!

I downloaded the app to book an appointment and the location didn't register on Google maps and wouldn't bring up anything else besides the location page. Love the business but their app needs a serious upgrade. Edited

App can't find the location 5 minutes away from me. Even when I type the name of my city the closest result is 8 hours away and there's no way to just choose a location without using the search. Terrible app. Edited
