Not worth it!!! Had the app for a short time and did not like it at all. Notifications would come in, and as soon as I click on them, there's nothing there. This happened 6 times. Not too mention their customer service is not professional. They respond to your concerns negatively. Makes you wander who's collecting all your information.

Hello, Sheenaqua. Notifications disappeared because the showings were already claimed by another agent in the area.

I moved to another state and still needed to show homes to a few buyers. Showami was a lifesaver. Very reasonable rates and the agents responded quickly. I'm going to use them in the new state that I moved to as well. We can't be in multiple showings at the same time, but with Showami you can :). Also love that you get a receipt- tax write off!

As a Realtor, this service has been a great way to make money in my spare time by showing properties for other agents that are unavailable to setup a showing for their clients. It's also been amazing for me to help provide excellent customer service for my clients who live outside of the city I reside. It's super easy to setup an account and user friendly. Payments are made swiftly and all communications are through the app. I would definitely recommend Showami to all of my colleagues!

Such a great, helpful app for Realtors on-the-go. It was my first time to use it as a showing agent last week and it has been a positive experience overall. It's like a taxi for agents both ways as It helps supplement income during one's downtime and a great tool when one needs another RE professional's assistance with showing properties to clients when the need arises. ISSUE #1: The rules clearly state, not to communicate outside of the app. Then why are you providing phone numbers and email addresses of the AGENTS? ISSUE #2: If you read the blogs and website, the rules clearly state, If someone walks in to the open house unrepresented, then there is a 25% referral fee for the listing agent. Agents dont follow this!!! They believe they are being paid to sit open house and can practice real estate with these walk ins.
