I am unable to log in because the app blocks the operation, displaying a message stating that the "operation is blocked for your safety as the screen might be obscured." I have tested this on multiple Samsung devices and encountered the same error each time. I visited the Singtel shop in Bugis for assistance, but the staff suggested it was a device-specific issue rather than an app bug. Given that this is happening across different Samsung models!

after switching from heya to singtel hi, the experience was unpleasant. for example, i can't redeem the discount voucher from the app. in the end I have to pay the full amount, cos I need to continue using the plan. Will switch to other telcos if this experience continues.

I've always had no problems using the Heya app, but now I'm forced to switch to this hiapp and it won't open. My devices are a Redmi A1 and an SS Galaxy A02, and I can't open the hiapp on either. Please fix this as soon as possible, thank you.

App very unstable and not user friendly. when I try to use my $2 voucher since I moved from heya, it always says there is an issue when wanting to use the promo. this is a bad way just to force people to pay more

heya user forced migrated to Singtel hi. Everything working smoothly so far, except that screenshot not allowed. Need to keep record of usage and wallet details. Singtel kindly allow screenshot function.
