This app never works. By far the most important part of the app is the box at the top of the home screen. But that box never loads. On my phone, it is always blank. I need that for setting up roaming. I previously had luck with uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that doesn't work anymore. Why can't we add roaming on your website? Why do you require that we use this app that doesn't work? Please fix your app! BTW, I don't want to call customer support...I just want the app to work!!! Edited

Somewhat frequently, Singtel's app doesn't work. Either the information requested won't load, or nothing gets updated for 24 hours. Worse, their updates doesn't always improve the stability or performance of the app. Plus the recent updates seems to only aim to make it "look better" at the expense and sacrifice of the functionality of the App...

Your stupid payment flow is broken. 1. Your proceed button state uses black and dark gray, makes it hard to discern if the click action is valid or not. 2. After submitting credit card information and clicking on proceed, the page does not show whether it is processing the request, it just stays static and maybe toggle the state of the proceed button without informing the user if the payment has been executed, or if not, what is the problem. Super frustrating due to stupid UX design

cannot see outgoing call usage anymore, only data usage. Have followed instructions in the in-app chat and it still does not work. I need to be able to see outgoing call usage so I can keep track of how many minutes I have used.

Hi Singtel, I gave you 1/5 stars 3 years ago, then 2 years ago, and will continue to give the lowest possible rating for ignoring your users. App remains broken: roaming details doesn't work, screen just keeps loading. It's just dreadful to use and so buggy. Edited
