Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

Please remove the password. It caused inconvenience for Seniors. Thank you. Seniors just want to know their hicard balance and topup with their main account. Please give back our previous hicard app. Thank you. I got 2 prepaid hicards. I just want to see the balance amount left. Thank you. Edited

the app became terrible to use and do top ups. before I can easily do it by otp method now is impossible. to use nets I need to put my passport, who walks with passport all the time ? Edited

got a new sim from 711, was given a paper instruction that states work permit can be used for activation. But the app only accepts passport identification. WTH! now I have to hunt for the Singtel shop..........

I bought this prepaid tourist sim card since 2022 with no problem topping up via Hi App from overseas. But now I cannot login to Hi App from overseas as there is no network so the OTP cannot be received. What is actually going on? How to top up my main account as it is expiring soon? I tried enquire through Singtel WhatsApp but AI is answering instead which is not much help. This is so frustrating. Edited
