I did the front scan and that was as far as it went. It told me to wait a few seconds while my photo processed and then it went back to scanning my front. I gave up after trying 6 times and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The next day I did it again. I tried with skin tight clothes, I tried with no clothes, hair up, hair down, angle of camera different, every way I tried it I got the same thing... "wait while we process your photo". Few seconds go by and back to scanning. NOT WORTH IT! Edited

This app is terrible. I look like StayPuff Marshmallow Man. No hair or features to make it fun. The only reason I downloaded it was to track weight loss and you all put that behind a paywall. They should at least let you use it free for a few days but maybe they don't think it would help. It was so difficult to scan I had to get help and all for nothing-uninstalled!

I used to love this app. I had to get a new phone, though, and now all it will do is tell me to make sure my device is level. After attempting to contact support, all they have is a bot. I asked the bot for a human. Of course, none are available and they requested my email so that someone could contact me when available. I paid for the premium service, 3 expect the thing to at least perform the scan.

I have been trying to do my body scan and cannot get it to scan. It just keeps telling me to make sure my phone is level. It worked 3 days ago when I did my scan. I have uninstalled the app, logged out and logged back in and I have rebooted my phone and still not working. I have even tried multiple locations and still nothing. Edited

It was hard to line up, frustrating to use, spent 30 minutes trying to take my measurements and after finally doing the scan, it never recorded my measurements so I could compare. basically just a waste of time.. Just get a rope tape measure and a note book. probably be more accurate also. zero out of 5 stars in my opinion. no I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.
