I do not recommend this product at all. When you’re faced with a real issue, they make excuses instead of delivering on what they promise. After my car was taken, the alert came 10 hours late — and even now, that delay hasn’t improved maybe 10 mins now but stil late. Their excuse? "No signal" or "maybe it was tampered with." For the price I paid, I expected something reliable, but you can get a cheaper and better solution elsewhere, even with more coverage and longer service (like 3 years).

Very Slow. Speed alerts come in the day after. The attempt to locate goes on and on until I eventually just close the app before it's ever located. Finding it to be more unreliable day by day. Getting information the day after defeats the purpose. I like to know my vehicle wherabouts when I look for it. Location addresses are sometimes off. It's becoming a guessing game. It is currently not updating. Update: Hasn't updated my car location in 11 days. Edited

The app asked me for a review, so here goes. First, I would like to point out that after reading the reviews, I have chosen not to update the app to LoJack Go, and am still using GoldStar Connect. That being said, my location is tracking somewhat accurately. The issue is that the duration of each drive is being shown as zero seconds, and as much as I would love that to be true (because that's teleporting) it's not true and I would like for the trip time to be recorded properly.

06/06/22 - App is completely broken after recent maintenance. Location has not updated since 05/31/22. Getting the service was an absolute waste of money I want it back. 02/16/22 - *update* Still garbage.....Changing the colors doesn't make it better. Still a garbage app. Still only 3 geo fences. Can't zoom in on the map enough. Takes forever to refresh location. Does not alert me when set speed is reached. I liked the old app before they switched to this one better. Drive time vehicle Edited

App has been stuck on April 7 and hasn't updated. I emailed customer support and they asked for my log in information to see what I see. I emailed screenshots of what I see in the app. Never got a response. I emailed again with screenshots and still haven't heard anything. What's the point in paying for a service if the app associated with it doesn't work?
