The GPS works very good. Loading the dashcam video segments is a nightmare. It takes entirely too long to load. Doug S. my acct Mgr is great. To get someone in billing is a nightmare, they only do email, no personal phone calls. Solve these 2 problems, in my opinion, and the experience would be a total package.

Fast, but not completely intuitive. Ok so 1 year later, with new updates, it is much easier to use and gives you much more information. Edited

mobile app used to update vehicle location rapidly, now im lucky if i get current location, being the mechanic for a multi-truck fleet accuracy is detrimental when trying to locate a crew in need of assistance if a crew member doesnt pick up their phone in a timely manor

Mobile App sucks, I will be lucky if i can even locate a asset, this gps system is way off. Doesn't refresh but every hour or so, forced a refresh with nothing changed, very buggy
