I enjoy the app's music quality and customization for playlists, but the ads are ridiculous. There's more ads than music. I wish the spotify functions on my phone were the same as my tablet's functions for spotify. It would allow a little more freedom. Also, even if you're interested in an ad and click on it, you can't even stay on it to look further into it because it'll kick you out by showing another ad! The ads are for annoyance, it seems... And no, I'm not interested in premium, Spotify. Edited

The app has become bloated. Everything seems to take forever now. Sometimes when trying to play certain songs, it buffers endlessly. When trying to view a large playlist, artists starting after the letter A are not displayed. Using the search function does not help this, as sometimes it simply doesn't work. Queuing is inconsistent, as sometimes I will have songs queued up, and the app will ignore them and shuffle instead when I start playing on a Bluetooth device.

Spotify has become top tier grabage these days. Phone and desktop doesn't sync reliably, can't remember what device it was just streaming to a second ago, doesn't play songs when they're clicked on, plays song when you don't click them but scroll past, their "help" is just full of regurgitated nonsense and they put zero effort into improvement. They corned the market and then went cut corners to make more money. what a surprise.

I used to love the app but its going downhill. lately it has been freezing up and not loading anything, this is happening a couple times a week. when shuffling my liked songs, it usually just plays the same ones on repeat. I pay a monthly fee for this app so I expect it to work as advertised. definitely considering taking my money elsewhere. Edited

Spotify has really gone downhill. It's not worth the price. This is happening on different phones. Over 7000 liked songs and multiple playlists, even on random, it keeps repeating the same 15. Pay for NO ADS, and i still get them everywhere!! App takes a very long time to load and freezes. Songs randomly disappear from my playlists and liked list. Last time, I asked for help, and all they wanted me to do, delete the app download again. Didn't work.. was unable to log in for 2 freaking weeks. Edited
