For me it works pretty well. Using it on Galaxy Watch 6 Classics. If I want to know my body temperature I take the watch off and place it on my temple. It's spot on with the regular medical thermometer. It would be great if the dev. could implement a timer, say 3 sec. from pressing "measure" to actually starting the measurements. Just so you can place it on your temple. Edited

Inaccurate or just useless readings. My wrist measured 28 degrees, body (am I supposed to stick the watch to my body?) 30 degrees C. I hope it's many, many years before those measurements are accurate 😁 Not refunding because I hope it gets better. I think maybe it's not using the offset algorithms the watch actually uses and just serves absolute values?

It does what it says. Too many stupid people are downloading the app and expecting miracles. It's simply reading the data from the watch and telling you what it says. That's it. The body temperature calcs are total garbage but they were honest about that up front. This app is fine if all you want to do is know the temperature of your wrist.

It did connect to the sensors and measure, although the reading too low, like 34, is clearly the person should be in the emergency; ways of improvement: manual calibration like samsung watch doing for blood pressure... Another point of improvement is the integration with the Samsung app, the reading not showing in samsung app, also having continuously reading temperature and applying AI on the reading that very likely auto-calibrate which what Samsung doing in sleep monitoring.

The app's body temperature function is inaccurate but can provide a general overview when used over warm skin patches. With a calibrated thermometer, the average body temperature is 35.9°C, while the watch measures it at 33.1°C on the wrist. On warm skin, the average reading is 36.1°C, showing significant variation based on skin temperature. Edited

This application is not giving reading on its own. It just enable you to use your Watch’s temperature sensor which is laying there for no reason. All readings coming straight from it. If you feel they are not accurate then I am not the one you guys should question (as i just gave you the access), it's how Samsung have designed it.
