Barely started playing and I love Saga games and I'm still enjoying it.... but it has the absolute worst controls I've ever seen on a game, especially on a port of a classic game. The slightest twitch and you're shooting off in a direction you don't want to go because there's no apparent virtual joy pad. Tapping controls are garbage. They can select things, select the things next to what you touched, do nothing, confirm selections on the other side of the screen etc. Did you play test at all?

These controls are such a pain. Every round of combat you have to reach over and click the uncomfortably placed formation choice. Also, no confirmation button or direction pad choices. In a romancing saga game. A weird drag on the screen for your direction thing. Again, in a romancing saga game. The fighting is the worst. At least let us click the screen anywhere to start the round or give us a d-pad and confirmation button in fights. Edited

Great sequel, much improvement from the previous Saga. Solid core play with tons of skill-weapon🪓 custom. Combine with commanding-mode play and use of magic fusion 🌊, it gives an exciting adventure. Simple storytelling, lure you to learn more through the journey. Unique song tracks, aand.. nice ending show👌 Edited

Amazing old school RPG with a steep learning curve but very rewarding, a few people have complained about the controls but after a few hours of use they become natural, just keep in mind that you can't tap options directly, swipe to scroll and then tap anywhere to select e.g. from your inventory. Steep price but it's a 100+ hour square enix RPG, highly recommend!
