The app has been so glitchy for the past few days. I have two different accounts...one for business and one for personal. When I'm in my personal account and attempt to sign out, I tap/push the "sign out" option and nothing happens. I have to uninstall/reinstall every time and that is both annoying and not efficient. I also have been having issues signing in from different accounts...when I tap the username, it just spins forever and never actually brings me to the next menu. Very glitchy.

It's really good for the most part as far as functionality and everything.. but the boosts/coupons part of the app stopped being good.. it used to update the coupons and put new ones on there every now and then. And for the past few months, nothing has been added.. and every time I use a boost, it doesn't come back like it used to. It's just gone. One-time use. Edited

Works great, but if you hit that "instant withdrawal" by mistake, you are screwed. No confirming it, no double checking, just BOOM, it's done, and $10 is gone. Hence, the 2 stars. (Edit: chatted with help and they refunded the fee. Thank you and moved this up a star. Still need to fix the app so this isn't so easy to do by mistake) Edited

does it's job, but the bugs are kind of annoying: on any (and all) of my devices, cash app for some reason doesn't "mark as read" my notifications from certain payments I've received even after I've reviewed them. that being said, I always see a number over the "recent" tab that never goes away, so it makes it that much harder to keep track of my transactions. properly and always leaves me with a bit of doubt.

I love having a card available to use in my name. (Especially if I'm making an online purchase or ordering something from an info-mercial on tv). Adding cash money to the balance is so easy and can be done at a dozen locations close to my house for only $1. There's no monthly fees. I've been able to play around with some penny- stocks & bonds. And it's such a handy, free way to pass a few bucks back n forth with friends / family when we run $20 short for the week. 10 STARS if I could!
