I use this a lot, I think there was a major update within the last month or two that worked out a lot of bugs. it still gets a bit confused and needs rebooting once in a while (won't perform a customer search, freezes up. then upon reboot works fine) but otherwise I find it's a lot better than it was. I would recommend to others regardless, as long as you're okay with light troubleshooting once in a while.

I was suffering in success and using Google Calendar to track my appointments, then had Google Sheets and doing a terrible job at tracking my variables and client lists. Then I really had a chance to explore this app and gave myself a facepalm for not doing so 9 months ago. Everything all in one place and while I was hesitant to upgrade to plus, I was offered a free trial and damn glad I went for it. Was able to get rid of my website and use my custom URL. Clients love the convenience. Edited

This app is not compatible with my Samsung S24. I can not see transactions for a single client, from the" more menu." I have to calculate the tips myself. This operation works with iPhones but not with Android. Our salon is very busy and I don't have time to do this during the day, so it makes my job more difficult. Support has been contacted, and I haven't heard back. I am very disappointed, and I would not recommend this app to an Android user.

Spent 48 minutes on the phone only to be hung up on by the rep who said "this call is becoming unproductive." I'd argue the entire call was unproductive. I'm having an issue with one clients profile & they couldn't fix it. Kept telling me my phone is outdated. I'd be more likely to believe them if the issue was occurring with the rest of my client profiles. This error is occurring on two different devices so no way both are outdated. Absolutely terrible troubleshooting and refused to escalate.

Square is becoming too expensive. When I first started with Square, everything was so affordable, and they have been increasing little by little. Just for subscriptions, I pay 316.17 a month. I am moving my system to Gloss Genius and paying 48$ a month for everything and 2.6% flat fee of transaction fee. this will easily save me 3-4k a year just for transaction fees alone. If you are a small salon owner, think again about all the fees! Edited
