Their support works fine, I needed help to get the app work after phone reset accidentally, I got help quickly and easily. Interface of app is bit clumsy, and surprisingly as a resident of Finland I can not get ATM card, otherwise I'd give higher score. With Swissquote I can invest in U.S. ETF's which are not available in EU banks, that is great.

After first complaint and few updates it was working good. Now after the latest update the app has again problem and don't let me sign in. 😬again changes that gives only Unknown error message by log in. Modifications without testing. like MS.

I'm a long time client. Slowly the app is improving. But in the last days I'm having a hard time to login with my account. I'm using biometric and after that it's like I'm not logged at all. After some hours I tried again and works fine.... So I can use the app from time to time.... I uninstalled e reinstalled several times with no results. I have family and friends having similar problems too. It's frustrating.

I used to enjoy using the app until the last update. The app is now automatically logging off every 1 or 2minutes. Also it takes more time to log in. Between the automatic log offs and the long login time, it is no more convenient for me for trading. Not to mention the missing features after the last update. I believe the bank wanted to reinforce security, but between staying months logged in before and now only 1 or 2 minutes, the right balance for security/ease of use is not right. Please fix!
