Most reliable antivirus app I've ever used! Always alerts me to potential threats and will not allow me to proceed (unless you're willing to accept the potential risk, then you can click proceed anyway). Constantly updating its software to stay a step ahead of potential threats as well as constantly updating new safety features available with your current subscription.

Norton has been a leading antivirus from the advent of personal computing. They now have an entire stable of options that make it easier to keep our myriad devices secure. I am only dinging a star because of the unrelenting push to buy even more. Update: Yes! I was able to turn of the promotions and therefore added the fifth star. Norton really is the best! Has done a good job for 10 years, but a year ago it stopped offering Utilities Premium (it was included free). They then offered Utilities Ultimate for $75. I called Support to complain and the agent got a Supervisor who offered a FREE trial for 60 days. I was assured I would NOT have to cancel after 60 days and there would be NO charge. I was billed $75 anyway. I WAS LIED TO. Also it is virtually impossible to stop automatic renewal and cancelling subscriptions is difficult and confusing.

It used to be good. I've been a Norton guy since 2001 but it's getting ridiculous, with app getting too big and slow to run, annoying pop ups to offer you another product to solve another issue and non responsive. Make it simple, come up with a price that you're happy with its profit and leave me alone. A simple anti virus has 10 different model 360 Ultimate Premium Heavy Duty Diamond and every other cool word their marketing gets to add to it Enough! Edited

I love the service, it's great especially for the price. It adds a great peace of mind when checking my emails and such. However the app keeps sending me notifications at like 4 am. I work a swing shift late in the day this is very much an inconvenience pn my sleep schedule. I have no idea how to stop it except to silence my notifications from the app.
