My only complaint is that sometimes important notifications come through WEEKS after other apps like life 360 had already alerted. Other than that, I love having peace of mind knowing my information, my properties, titles, and many more important things are consistently being monitored and protected. I pay annually because it's cheaper that way. However, it is a little more expensive than I would like. If the price was lowered by $50 ANNUALLY, I'd be 100% satisfied.

Thank you for your support! We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team. The notification delay is beyond our control, as our alert team sends them right after processing from vendors. Delays on their side may affect delivery times. Please share more details with Support, and we’ll investigate further. Tereza*Norton

I've noticed improvement in the performance of this app on my device. I'm very grateful that the developers are attentive to listening to the customers' concerns. However I really wish there was a way that Norton services could block and eliminate all unwanted calls not allowing the customer to be disturbed. Also there should still be a warning to let people know when an authorized transaction has happened as it happened, not a day later. Edited

If I have to sign in with a two factor authentication every time that I open this app instead of just using my fingerprint (which i also have to set up each time) I don't see the point in using this app. If I get any alerts I get them via text and email. Having to sign in like I'm setting the app up for the first time each time is frustrating. I'm uninstalling next time this happens. Update: it happened again. Uninstalled. It's useless. Lifelock itself has been great but the app is horrible. Edited

I always have to log in multiple times. Instead of going to my account after verification with the code number texted to me I keeps going back to the sign in page. I have biometrics turned on but it never gives me the option when trying to log in. Also I usually have a hard time finding what I'm looking for. I look at billing and it tells me my account that is paying the auto payment but doesn't tell me how much the payment is. Logging in is so painful I usually just give up. 😕 Edited

I'd like to love this. But it's frustrating at best. Yes the services are good. But take this example. I recently updated the app, signed in and set up biometrics. Here I am a week later, it forced an update then asked me to log in again manually. Now I'll have to go home and find my credentials and re-log in. That's just unacceptable to clear an alert I'm 98 percent sure is just a repeat from last week.
