So far, this app has a SUBSTANTIAL amount of room for growth! I pay for the premium service and still, the app refuses to load correctly, I constantly have to go onto the internet to check messages, and don't get me started on the sluggish response time (when the app does work). This is disappointing, especially since I'm certainly not getting what I paid for. Maybe it's a glitch but probably not, since there appears to be a theme amongst the issues listed in the reviews.

Update causing problems in the app. While the app now looks "sleeker" it's just made things worse for me. The call logs show up, but then when you open one, it says it can't generate the transcript, and it won't play the recordings. Those are key reasons for why I'm using the app in the first place! How can you charge more, but stop working at the same time?!

The latest update occurred and now my app is no longer working. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled from app store multiple times with no success. I keep going to log into the app and get "version no longer supported". I can access my account through website but unfortunately I need to be able to use it for phone calls for my daughter to her dad. I'm disappointed that there is no customer service number so immediate assistance. Update: the app update issue was fixed within about 36 hours. Edited

After having to live with this for over a year, this app is a solid two stars. When it works, it does a decent job of alerting that a message was sent and it is nice to see when someone reads it. What is horrible is their update process that makes the application unusable until they get around to fixing it; their Android notification is still messed up - you have to manually refresh the app to see the message it is telling you to look at. My original review had three stars. Edited

The general idea of the app is great. The features that do not suit me is that you have to pay an extra $5.00 to turn on your notifications on the $19.99 plan. It, also, makes no sense to pay for the extra perks like video call or call button when only one parent has the plan, it's useless. They have a free plan that you can only access via web and not through the app.

Parents are only charged for Text Message Notifications. Users upgraded to use our app can opt into push notifications at no charge. We also send email notifications at no additional cost! Only Premium members can start a call. Free users can receive Phone Calls and Standard users can receive both Phone and Video Calls.
