Garbage. Doesn't work half the time. The app on the phone constantly crashes. Barely usable. Not much for technical support other than articles that are common sense. You must email to get support. Who knows when they'll respond. Definitely when it's convenient to them. Use a different filter software that is more responsive

this app worked great until 2 weeks ago. the app won't open! it just circles and circles. I can't remove it and I can't remove the device. plus there is no one to speak too about this issue. you have to email them and wait. I think it's being merged into aura but there's been no bridge to help members switch over.

Beware! I recently got a new phone (a Samsung S25 ultra) and after installing the circle app, it never gets past the loading screen. The app worked on my earlier phone - Samsung S21 Ultra and only works now when installed on an older phone that I no longer use. It appears the developers have not updated the software to work effectively on newer android phones or operating systems. So to avoid frustration, I would only subscribe or install if you use an iPhone or 2 to 3 generation older android. Edited

When it actually loads, it works fine, but it often takes upwards of 5 minutes to load. My biggest complaint is that when devices are being used during "focus time" it always uses up their regular time limit, even though it's not supposed to. For example, we have focus time set from 7am-12pm, with certain apps allowed. If they listen to audiobooks (which are allowed!) for 3 hours during focus time, it won't allow them to play games/watch videos during the hour I have given. It's frustrating!

Absolutely garbage product. It filtered only half the time Didn't alert me to when it went offline. The customer service is awful. I paid $99 for the year. I have had an issue and have not had the home filter working for the past two months. The customer service team still hasn't fixed it. I keep providing the same info and even took pics, and they couldn't figure it out for almost months. Finally, someone seems to understand, but it has been 10 days since our last email. This is so ridiculous
