The app has a serious bug in the password reset menu. When an email password reset is requested, a verification code gets sent to email. Fine. When you try to enter that verification code into the appropriate box, the password reset window disappears as you're typing! And there is no way to get it back up without restarting the process.

The app is inconsistent whereas the fruit bowls and smoothies made in-store are quite the opposite. I frequently (2x a month or more) go through issues with the app wherein I must uninstall and reinstall and fresh boot. Even then, it glitches and asks for confirmation of where I am ordering from in endless loops. Frequency wise, I use the app about once a week so for the money they make, they need to improve this aspect substantially.

Charges me a convenience fee to simplify their ordering process, not to mention they clearly have no way to accurately track orders because I was left standing in a store for thirty minutes while the app claimed my order was in the world, only to see them pull out a fully made smoothie once a staff member asked me if I was waiting on something - so clearly that wait time was a complete lie also? so glad to be charged for the convenience to wait around for no reason! :) uninstalled.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, requested new verification code, still have same problem. The app is currently unusable.

The app works fine for me. My only complaint is if you order ahead through app you get charged a $.50 convenience fee. The bowl I got was already $13 before tax and tip. So either they are charging you to use the app, pay by credit/debit, or for the paper bag. Either way it is bothersome given carrying cash is not as common and the store is packed with everyone waiting for items to be made so ordering ahead makes more sense.
