one of the worst apps you can waste your time on!!!!!! Try to do a specific search. ex: 2 in DWP Pipe. you get 2000 results and almost none of them are what you want. waste your time and try to use the many many filters and you still get everything but what you are looking for. This is the worst experience I've ever had using any app. It's wants to sell you any and everything possible and most expensive first. It is clear corporate greed was the focus not ease of use. Fix it 🙏

Edit July 2025. This app is horrible. I don't know how it has a 4.5 rating. HD must have people supplying false reviews. pages won't load, pictures won't load. The app never improves. I add something to my cart, and then go to checkout. The app asked for my email address and I get a message saying, "technical issue, try again later." I've been trying for 2 days!!! Edited

Slow if it works. Which is an understatement. The app is updated with the latest updates. Cleared cache, force stopped, uninstalled and re installed app, restarted phone. When you type in a product, the page shows up blank. It will work for a few minutes, then back to a white screen. When it works, it is stupid slow. If you have this app, you can not use a browser. It forces you to use the app. When the app doesn't work, you have to uninstall it to use the browser. You have no other choices.

Overall I like the app, but it is sooo slow and getting worse. It is particularly difficult to operate the app in the store, but even at home on 1 Gig fiber, the app has become very laggy. (update.... I'm dropping a star every couple months until they solve the lag issue. The product is frustrating and difficult to operate and sometimes not possible).

only problem is it is REALLY SLOW load anything. used it on insanely fast home connection, inside a Home Depot connected to guest wifi, and with mobile data - no difference in speed. I'm talking dial up Internet slow loading. otherwise, it's interface is simple, accurate results (well, in comparison to other like apps) . . . not much else to say. pretty decent. I'll say this app has me using Home Depot more than many competitors due to that simple interface
