I'd give it a 0 but 1 is the lowest I can go. As soon as I hit 'Associate Login' I'm hit with an Access Denied / Server error. This is after several attempts as well as deleting and re-downloading. This defeats the purpose of having an app, I have to go into HD to access Workforce Tools for time off requests, schedule swaps, & the like.

Update: Can finally log in on newest phone S23 Ultra, & it has worked for 2025, but it won't load as of last update.e Have not been able to log in for over a year. Got a new phone, and I still can't log in. I've been using the browser page. But, when my schedule is changed, it makes that week disappear, so I don't know when to come in. Edited

(3/21/24) Not sure why, but I don't get notifications anymore when there are changes to my schedule or when a new schedule is published. Please fix this, thanks. (3/4/25) Not sure why you're touting notifications for schedule updates as something new, but thanks for bringing back a feature we had forever I guess, only took over a year... Edited

It breaks a lot. Unreliable. Designed to work on desktop and phones but lacks compatibility. Signing into the app on the phone is like flipping a coin, it either go through or not. They keep playing with it to match it to the desktop version. It is frustrating to use this app. They are trying to make the phone app a mirror image to the web version. This would not work for all android phone. I do not know about iPhones experience with that app. Edited

Terrible!!! At times( Half of the time) you have to rechange your password/user ID in order to get into it? But that's not guaranteed that it will work? Especially as of late. Everything about HD from the top level down seems to be a useless shell of its former self? That's sad. When I first started working for HD it was fantastic 👏👌!!!! Everything worked,if you have questions, they were immediately answered. Plus the work force app didn't have that many bugs!? Now I'm not using it anymore. Edited
