Another great card game from my favorite card-rpg developer! I didn't find the tutorial inadequate like other reviewers, I thought it was just the right amount of info and length to get you started (it's just a harder game). My only peeve is the 6-game playthrough feature. It puts pressure on each game and makes it not as fun to experiment, because you'll mess up your whole run. Other than that, great fun and challenge. Gorgeous artwork as always, but didn't have the goal-based framework I personally like. However, if you enjoy constantly improving against your previous performance, with a nice, patient and calming puzzle game: this is for you. I think it could do with some daily challenges or some sort of milestone system. But so beautiful. Thank you for your hard work, again! Edited

The game is fun and intetesting but it needs a lot of features for quality of life stuff. For example, an ability to check the completed board after a game finishes so you can screenshot to show off, and not making it return to main menu immediately if you press anything outside the buttons after a game finishes. Also having some sort of personal leaderboard to show the highest individual game record, not just an average of 6.

So first: Yes the tutorial is a little confusing, but after a few games you'll get the idea of what you're doing. Just download and start playing but don't get discouraged, it takes some practice. What you have here is an amazing card puzzler and high score game that loses a star only because it still feels small. I wish I could do a full breakdown here but I'll sum it up by saying that it has a singular very fun game mode but lacks any alternates to freshen it up or change my play style.

I found this game thanks to a friend, and it's one of the best offline games I think I've found in quite a while. I bought the full game, and I don't regret it. If I could make a suggestion, I think there should be a way to look at the garden after the game is over, maybe even add a screenshot function? I'm not the guy to talk to balance-wise, but in my opinion, the mountain gods could use a buff. They don't have any good power options to activate gems unlike other gods. Great game overall!
