Update:The new update got the issue fixed and it has been working fine! I've been using this app for a long time, but the last update I got, while installing it I got a pop up window message saying duplicate provider error, and now I cannot install it again cause its that error all the time. Does anyone know how to fix it???

Unable to add a credit card, and make payment. first it gives me an error, but then when I go back it saved the credit card information. Then I try to use the credit card and it asks me again for the credit card information and the same error appears. It has been happening for days now and it's very annoying. I haven't been able to send money to my family. I will have to find another way since Cuballama y not reliable anymore

not what I was expecting on march 29 I purchased an electrical appliance for a friend in cuba, cuballama took a long time to deliver and finally when the appliance arrived came in a bad condition it took several calls to find out the status of the pick up. they picked up the appliance May 6 and no refund has been issued yet. multiple calls made already (no refund )Not what I expected they always deliver pretty much in a timely manner don't know what had happened this time. App constantly crashes or lags and is way too invasive!! You MUST provide info on whom you want whish to send a package to, before even starting shopping (?!) and you MUST give access to your phone contacts to keep on shopping, even if you select to enter manually... I have removed the app, just because I don't like being invaded this way... It is unpleasant. There are other channels for sending food and goods to my family in Cuba.
