Worst app for ordering an eSIM. If you made a mistake on the first screen, but noticed that on the summary page - be ready to enter everything again. The app doesn't confirm your email, so if you make a mistake - someone else will get all SIM details. Another UX "feature" is that you can't paste your bank card number, only manually enter it. And the "best" part: once you're done, you better not leave the final screen. Otherwise, the app will reset and you won't get to these details.

This is advertised as the app for vistors to the US to use to get an eSim for their visit, yet it just doesn't work. I enter my email and hit Let's go but nothing happens. Disappointing. Edit: so today I tried again, this time it went further, took my money, then gave some generic error. It's told me my phone number, but if I try to log in to see what went wrong the t-mobile website says I don't exist. So they've got my money and I still don't have an eSim. Edited

This sucks so bad. When they hook you up in the store and take 2 monthly payments, they say you can have the. option of transferring carriers. I didn't want to do that but I did start auto pay. I try to dl a metro T-Mobile app but can't use it because I stay stamped as prepaid (which me pay at their locations in town. Using auto pay graduates me from being a prepaid customer. Yeah by previously used was so great and I want to have that app so how does prepaid get out of the mix?

Works as it says it will. Arrived in San Francisco yesterday, nervous I couldn't set this up before leaving (I tried, it fails). Instant set up after paying while in the immigration queue - Pixel 6 Pro phone. Useful information may be that I used a UK MasterCard to pay. Edited

Fake scam! I used this app to try to get a prepaid service. My credit card was charged but no service. I called T mobile and was told this app isn't affiliated with them and is most likely a scam. Only options to activate an esim is buy phone, in store or website, not through an app. Edited
