So far the app works as intended for the most part. I believe it has such a low rating because people don't realize it's limitations and that it has to be a dedicated wifi signal to pair the app on your phone with the dashcam. Also, once you turn off your vehicle or close the app, the wifi turns off. You can't have your Bluetooth paired with anything else, including Android Auto, which is really unfortunate.

Not intuitive at all. Before you get started, turn off auto connect on all other WiFis that are nearby that you can connect to. Then, follow the app steps for connecting. When you click on the dash cam from the WiFi selection, you need to select connect always, and then you have to hit the back arrow to go back to the app to finish connecting it. Once connected to it, you should be all set. You must manually toggle all WiFi auto connects on and off when using the app moving forward though.

Had to install and uninstall the app a couple of times. My highlander already had the dashcam installed when I purchased. It's not a user friendly app. But simply put, when an app hasn't been updated in almost a year, the developer is clearly not listening to the users. Commit to the app that you created and make it the best it can be. Otherwise, turn it over to someone who is willing.

App connects to phone over wifi... Hooray! But when I try to assign the storage location on my Android SD Card, it just tells me "Selected the wrong path, please try again." No matter what I've tried. So I'm unable to download any videos. At least it connects, which is more than I had hoped for, given the other reviews.

It does the job but can use improvements and fixes. * I have to go through the wifi setup EVERYTIME when I want to interact with the cam. * The app/cam refuses to change storage from the phone to the sd card. * I have a beautiful new RAV4 with Android Auto and I can't access the INTEGRATED TOYOTA cam through the dash display???
