This is a useless app. Unless you're paying for one of their overpriced monthly services, it doesn't offer you anything. I have free access to, I believe, remote connect for some time but the un-navigable app only keeps displaying what I can sign up for or what I already have, but no place to even access what I have. It's extremely confusing. I mean, at least let the owners view basic info like battery level ffs.

Really frustrating and clunky. I am simply trying to change my personal information and it will not let me do it. I have been in a circle of time waste for the last 30 minutes and all I have to show for it is nothing. I also called the number listed in the app and it doesn't even ring and disconnects after 10 seconds. I just purchesed the car and if they can't figure out the app, I am very concerned about the car as well. Please figure it out. I have also sent an email and we shall see? Edited

Not very reliable. It's OK when it works. Can't send to car though because it keeps crashing. Didn't have this problem before. Update 2025/06/05 After the new update, the digital key no longer works, and trying to download it simply never finishes the download. The option in the app to remove the key seems to no longer be available. Edited

App struggles to provide even the most basic functionality. During my 1 year free trial it was hit or miss with most of the functions and seemed to crash a lot. The only thing I actually cared about in the app was the charge level and even that was poor. Now that the free trial is up it's pretty hard to justify a monthly subscription just to see the charge level which may or may not work. Guess it's time to uninstall this garbage app. Thankfully the car is just a lease. Edited

Edited: After many calls with customer support I got the digital key to work and they fixed some other bugs, but having to pay a subscription each month is annoying. The remote key function does not work at all even after hours on the phone with support. And once your free subscription expires, the app is completely useless. You cannot even see the battery status without paying a monthly fee. Also, there is no way to "share" with your family/partner which seems like a big miss. Edited
