Best ED provider app!

This is a great app in theory but it has been difficult to use since I first purchased it back in November. First of all they didn't have it updated for Android and I could never get it to open at work. They did provide customer service and feedback and did the updates so I was finally able to use it but now everytime I try to open it at work it makes me log in and use a password. I think this is silly for this kind of an app where you just want it to open when you need it. Not very efficient. Also I wasn't able to use the app for a couple of months and threaten to cancel my service but they said I couldn't and they didn't offer to give me any extra time for the inconvenience and inability to use the program. I won't subscribe again. Edited

Keeps saying update incomplete despite multiple uninstall/reinstall cycles. I also think that if you switch from an iPhone to an Android phone two weeks into your subscription, you shouldn't have to pay another $159.00. Isn't that supposed to be the upside of the subscription over owning it outright?

Great except for the price and yearly renew cost

Thank you for your feedback. We offer annual subscriptions because the content is often updated. These updates are costly as they are researched and edited by medical professionals and must be loaded and tested by IT professionals. We do this to ensure that subscribers have access to the most accurate and current information when treating patients.

The price is a little steep; however, you are getting a wealth of information. Helps me in my practice in the ER.
