I use this virtually daily. In my opinion, it has been the single best source of clinical information on children for the 50 years I have been a pediatrician. I still have the first Harriet Lane that fit in my back pocket. Despite the enormous growth of actionable information in the current edition, having the electronic version allows me to still carry it around in my back pocket!
