As a pocket guide, it is fine. Good content but lacks readability. I still like my "Osler medical Handbook" which is joy to read. Unfortunately, it appears to have stopped printing after only 2 editions.

This is a paid app with a free preview. And from what I gather a subscription. Should probably just put the fee up front at download.
