I really hate that ZocDoc is the default booking service for many providers. For something that tries to be well-branded and forward, it offers a woefully poor user experience. The most annoying of all is providing a bunch of info such as insurance information that doesn't get to the medical offices, which just means I have to provide the info again and again. Also searching is annoying when it doesn't intuitively switch between insurance types depending on the service needed. Edited

super helpful to get an appt fast in network. don't love the 'all or nothing' notification settings. you either get all the bum 'look for a provider now' or 'rate your experience' along with helpful notifs like appt reminders or none at all. it tells you to disable all app notifs in settings app if you want to disable any notifications. fix that and it's 5 stars easy. found my primary care through zocdoc. they do offer text notifs as well so not a deal breaker but something to wish for

App is convenient and a great idea! Best way to search for a Dr today. 100% recommend! That said, I would love a section where each doctor has to list their fees. Most do not, and we book an appointment, not knowing if we can afford them. I wish we could pick multiple issues we are seeking a doctor for. Patients can only pick one without knowing if they are willing/able to treat the whole person. Sometimes, it won't save the forms every time, causing do-overs. Minor issues aside, I ❤️ it! Edited

Hi! We expect provider to post accurate insurance information for in-network bookings. Self-pay patients can check pricing with the providers office directly after booking. I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this app! It’s incredibly quick, easy, and convenient for finding any type of doctor you need in your area. You can effortlessly schedule and cancel appointments right through the app. It has become my go-to resource for finding the perfect doctor! I’m thrilled I discovered this app, and I believe everyone should ditch the outdated options out there and switch to this top-tier app! Thank you for creating such an outstanding tool! This app is really pathetic considering how many years it's actually been in existence. Be warned, appointments scheduled same day are often not accepted by the doctors offices irrespective of what the app is claiming the availability is. Also, it's extremely location dependent. I live in Western NY and we have several decent cities here, yet it doesn't show ANY providers outside of metropolitan NYC. Can't imagine how this app is helpful to anyone that doesn't live in a major city. 👎🏽
