Very irritating. As other reviewers mentioned, after paying for the app and using it for a short period of time, I've had issues signing in. New updates forcing me to re download the app and saying that I am not registered despite doing this in the past. Definitely not worth the money. I wish I had listened to the reviews before purchasing this horribly unreliable app. Edited

Worst experience using a medical app. Since my initial purchase this is the second time I have had to contact support. First time I was forced to create an unbound account then said account expired in 2019 (why?!) And now I'm stuck having to ask them to fix this again. What a HASSLE. The tool is good but the service is the worst. They try to get you to but it again and again, of course it would be easier to pay 6 bucks again and not have to deal with them.

I bought this app previously with an Apple device and was told I had to repurchase it via Play. I have downloaded it again, however the app has prevented me from making any new purchases and therefore from using the content. The customer service team have been unhelpful and repeated that I should repurchase the app on the play store however they don't seem to be aware that I cannot seem to do this. Previously found this to be useful in my practice but will no longer be recommending to others

These people are thieves, I bought this app a long time ago and when they decided to update it, they locked many people out and pretend that we must download the older version coz this version is different, and that its not their problem if we can't find it but Google's problem.
