I've recently been having issues with notifications showing the wrong prescription is ready, or showing the wrong RX status information in the app, ex. "There's an issue with insurance" when it's out of stock, or saying it's been delayed when it's out of stock. I'm not sure what happened, never had these issues before switching to Android, which I prefer.

And the Worst App EVER Award goes to... Walgreens! Constantly wants me to re-enter my password, which is excessive. Then whenever I search for a product, I get an error message that the service is unavailable. I can't even get the website to work in my phone's internet browser- it constantly tries to divert back to the app which, again, is trash. Edited

Had a hard time changing my store for pickup. I was able to change it, then when I went to change it back, the app stopped working. Also had problem looking at item in my cart. Kept getting cryptic error code. Not sure if that was an app or server error. Went back to the app and then it worked. Almost gave up before completing my transaction.

When app login doesn't work or locks up, try closing the app and reopening it. That sometimes fixes it. The information shown for prescriptions is often incorrect. For example, a prescription filled for a 90 day supply is often (but not always) still shown with a 30 day count, causing the app to prompt the user to refill 60 days early, causing confusion and angry messages from the insurance company. The old version worked correctly, a few years back. Shopping conflicts with prescriptions. Edited

By far the worst app I've ever used! Never works and had to call customer service (before I just gave up). He tells me they have to verify I am so I am or the app will keep kicking discounts off (even though I'm signed in). Does it say that anywhere? No! So you keep trying to put orders through, clip coupons, get kicked out again! Constantly freezes. Have to clear the cache so it will work every few minutes (CS told me to do this). Why bother? Shopping literally anywhere else is easier!
