The app just doesn't work. It won't let me log in. It tells me my account doesn't exist or that I entered an incorrect email or password. I am able to log in just fine on the webpage in my web browser. Another issue the app has is searching for items. If I'm searching for dog food, it tells me there are no search results. I selected the deal icon for the July deals, and it tells me there are no search results. If I can't login and I can't search for products, what can I do? PLEASE FIX IT PLEASE!

The app used to work really well through the payment process. However, recent updates have completely broken the process. I can no longer switch between payment methods. When I try it won't show all of my saved payment methods. Then when I go to try to change the default payment it won't change to complete my purchase. Then I have to go to the browser to place my order there. Which sucks because I can't access my favorites there making the process much more difficult.

There always seems to be some glitch that makes it frustrating. Either issues checking out, or quantities are never correct. Pretty much every order I've made through the app for pickup in store has not been complete. I don't know if this is a store issue where they don't do inventory correctly, or? But I never get everything I order, which then messes w/the perk points I apply to the order. Today I applied $6 to the order, two items got removed & so it only applied $4.85 to the order. Annoying.

This app is so bad that it won't even let me create an account. I have tried several times, restarted my phone, and it still gives the same result. It just whirly-gigs and does nothing. And since I can't create an account, I can't sign in. Petsmart needs to fix this. hire real coders to create their app instead of whomever they pulled out of the back alley to create their app. This app is totally useless.

So i can make purchases now, but when i have things in my cart it doesn't tell me if the special offer on it was applied or minus the promo amount from the product's amount in the cart which was a useful feature. Example: one brand has an offer of $5 off if you spend $30 or more. It shows me the regular sale price, but i have a promo added that takes a percentage off. Idk if the brand with the promo off is still enough for the offer and the math doesn't add up. Idk what's being added or not. Edited
